BUNDLES
We can pack 3 , 4 or 5 blocks in one bundle.
Around 1830 bundles can be accomodated in a 40 ' HC.
Either stretch film or a LDPE cover can be used for packing.
Thickness of stretch film is 23 microns and that of LDPE cover is 80 Microns.
After wrapping the bundles with stretch film ,bundles are strapped. Either single strapping (or) double strapping is employed based on Customer requirements.
PALLETS
110 cm x 115 cm Pallet boards are Used. We can stuff 20 pallets of this size in 40 ' HC. 110 cm x 105 cm Boards can also be used . We can stuff 22 pallets in 40 ' HC.
Each pallet can hold around 220 to 230 Blocks . Weights per pallet can be from 1000 KGS to 1200 KGS based on Customer requirements.
Individual pallets are weighed and weights are labelled on the pallets , including Gross weight, Net weight , Date of packing, etc.
Pallet boards are Boron Treated (Chemical treatment) to prevent Insect formation.
Pallets are strapped and then covered with stretch film. An optional Black cover can be put on the pallets to protect pallets from Rain and sun ,when pallets are to be placed outdoor in Customer location.

Bulk Stuffing (or) Loose Stuffing
Blocks are free loaded into 40 Foot High cube container without any packing as naked blocks.
5500 Blocks can be free loaded into a 40 Foot High cube container. Maximum tonnage can be 27.5 Metric tonnes.
Aeration holes in the container are closed with a Cello tape to keep blocks protected from Moisture .
Blocks can be arranged in the container based on Customer requirement.
