- Coco peat grow bags are used as plant substrates for soil less cultivation, largely used in greenhouses for growing vegetables such as Tomatoes, Paprika, Cucumber, Strawberries and cut flower production (e.g., Carnation, Rose, Lisianthus, Gerberas , Chrysanthemum)
- The Lower part in the coco peat is sieved using an 1 mm siever and the upper part is sieved using 6 mm or 8 mm siever.
- Coco peat fines are mandatorily removed from the coco peat so as to obtain the required Expanded height.
- The slabs are packed using UV treated Covers that measures either 400 Gauge or 600 Gauge in Thickness.
- Necesssary Plant holes, Drip holes , Exhaust holes etc are cut in the slab based on Customer Requirements.
- It can be 100 % coco peat (or) a mix of coco peat and Husk chips ( eg. 70 % coco peat and 30 % Husk Chips )
- Coco peat is 8 : 1 compressed .
